At the time, it explained, "We have heard for years from existing and potential new players that the cost of getting the game and all expansions all at once is quite expensive (and might be discouraging for completely new EU4 fans), it's been supported for almost 7 years after all.

Report says next Dragon Age will now be single-player only due to Anthem's fortunes, reversing EA's original plans
Developer BioWare's highly anticipated new Dragon Age game is reportedly now a strictly single-player experience, with EA having pivoted its demands for a live-service-style game following the success of Star Wars: The Fallen Order and the failure of Anthem. As reported by Bloomberg's Jason Schreier, sources familiar with the matter say the next Dragon Age title was previously being designed with a heavy multiplayer component. The project reportedly first entered development in 2015, but Bloomberg says that original vision was rebooted by EA and the BioWare in 2017, in a grasp for long-term monetisation.

Here's Why The Cover To F-Zero Is So Special
Well, the Japanese one, at least. F-Zero may not be on Nintendo's radar at present, but it's a series which is close to the heart of many a Nintendo fan – and part of its appeal is the colourful cast of comic book characters which have populated the franchise since it made its debut on the Super Famicom / SNES way back in November 1990. Takaya Imamura – who recently parted company with Nintendo after 32 years of service – is credited as the artist on the game and created such iconic characters as Captain Falcon and Samurai Goroh, and if you didn't know better you might assume that the American-style comic illustration on the front of the Japanese version (as well as the comic strip contained in the manual, which also found its way into the western version) was penned by him. Just 14 months after Stadia's high-profile launch, Google is embarking on a major rethink of its streaming service strategy, which will see it close down all internal game development and begin providing its tech to third-party publishers.
